This report contains the reference guide regarding legal and ethical issues related to personal data privacy, security and regulations, which will govern the activities that will be carried out in COVID-X. It has been divided into three main sections (“the problem”, “the solution”, and “how we do it”). In addition, and considering that throughout the life of the project the General Data Protection Regulation requires a constant update in privacy and related issues, this document will be periodically revised and updated, adapted to the needs and circumstances that may appear during the life of the project.
